ATTENTION - Registration for Spring Sports is OPEN.

Spring/Summer sports registration starts on Wednesday, February 28th at 12pm. In the past, swac.info has been your go-to place for sports registration, but we have a registration site for you this season. You can register here https://apm.activecommunities.com/minneapolisparks/Activity_Search. Linden Hills Park and Pershing Park will register families on Active Net moving forward; online registration will take place from February 28th through March 30th.

Purpose of Youth Sports League Programs

To provide positive recreation experiences in the Youth Sports League Programs, which contribute to the individual's physical, social, emotional, cultural and educational growth and development. The Youth Sports League Programs will provide the opportunity for participation without regard to physical condition, sex, race, creed, economic or social status of the individual. The individual's dignity and self-worth shall be of utmost importance.

Note: No person shall be denied the right to participate if all Minneapolis Park Recreation Board registrations requirements have been met.

About Us

The Southwest Activities Council (SWAC) was formed as an all volunteer organization to organize and administer Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board youth sports programs for the children in the southwest neighborhoods of Minneapolis.
